As a TV Presenter, Crystal healer, and energy worker I was born and raised in the North of England. I trained at University of Newcastle obtaining a BA Hons in Drama.
During this time I co-founded Open Clasp Theatre company who, by placing theatre at the heart of transforming the lives of disadvantaged women and girls, we create bold and urgent theatre for personal, social and political change. I have always been passionate about supporting, listening to and advocating women to be brave, empowered and confident in who they are.
I have been an actress and TV presenter for over 20 years and I began working with gemstones 18 years ago. I sell and work with gemstones and have always been passionate about their metaphysical properties and meanings on a subtle energy level. I trained with the Gemmological Institute of America in London and became an Accredited Jewellery Professional (GIA AJP) understanding the geology and jewellery process and have had the lucky experiences of visiting working gemstone mines in Morocco and Thailand and visiting the largest gem and mineral show in Tucson, Arizona.
After understanding and training on the geology of gemstones I then progressed with my Crystal and energy passion and obtained a Diploma in Crystal Healing and Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology.
I live life to the full, practise gratitude and surround myself with uplifting and fabulous people. I have jumped many hurdles and understand cancer diagnosis, IVF and fertility struggles and also emotional traumas. I am passionate about assisting others on their journey of self empowerment, self healing and self reconnection. As an experienced, compassionate and intuitive crystal healer I balance and regulate the flow of positive energy throughout your body by combining crystals, aura cleansing and universal energy work. A full intuitive chakra balance and aura cleanse allows your body to realign and rebalance accelerating self healing, mental clarity and positivity, regaining that feeling of being your own true self.
You have the permission to prioritise you and it is my vision, by working with Crystals and energy, to help you find your sense of purpose and manifest the life you deserve.
