In Sanskrit, the Root Chakra is known as the Muladhara Chakra; this root defines our relationship with Mother Earth. It influences our passion, creativity, youthfulness, vitality and most importantly, our basic survival instincts.
It is also symbolic of our physical strength and the flight and fight response that tends to activate within our body when we sense danger.

The Crown chakra is linked to every other chakra, also known as the Sahasrara, It is considered the chakra of enlightenment and represents our connection to our life’s purpose and spirituality.
Those with a blocked crown chakra may seem narrow-minded, sceptical, or stubborn. When this chakra is open, it is thought to help keep all the other chakras open and to bring the person bliss and enlightenment.
I am trained as a crystal therapist with an advance crystal healing diploma, Anatomy and Physiology diploma, Law of attraction diploma and qualified with ACHO (accredited crystal healing organisation) and FHT (federation of holistic therapists)
While using crystals likely won’t hurt you, follow your doctor’s guidance when it comes to physical injury, chronic pain, or illness. The more support you have from different modalities, the better. That doesn’t mean crystals can’t be one tool in your toolbox.
