Distance healing using crystals to aid you to help heal yourself physically and emotionally. It is vital to understand the human energy system if we are to be effective in healing and as a qualified crystal therapist and energy healer I work with your chakras and auric field to allow the healing energetic vibrations to help unblock, balance, and direct energy where it is most needed, gently supporting your body to heal in a therapeutic way having a positive effect on your health and well being.
A great therapy which can work alongside other treatments you may be having and to support through stressful situations such as exams, presentations, grief and anxiety.
You may feel the healing energy as it is sent; you may experience tingles, feel extremely relaxed or feel any other energy change or else, nothing at all. All people experience the wonder of crystal healing energy differently. What is important to note is that the energy will heal where it needs to and will work to bring your body back into the balance it requires.
Using a photograph and bespoke crystals you will enjoy the benefits of a crystal healing session from the comfort of your home.
Each session is tailored to what you need at that time and sessions are usually booked on a recurring 6 week basis.
I am trained as a crystal therapist with an advanced crystal healing diploma, Anatomy and Physiology diploma, Law of attraction diploma and qualified with ACHO (accredited crystal healing organisation) and FHT (federation of holistic therapists)
While using crystals likely won’t hurt you, follow your doctor’s guidance when it comes to physical injury, chronic pain, ongoing treatment or illness. The more support you have from different modalities, the better. That doesn’t mean crystals can’t be one tool in your toolbox.

I have experienced a number of Crystal healing sessions with Lynn after trying a number of alternative treatments for anxiety and peri menopausal symptoms.
