When will I receive my Crystal Healing Box?

Whenever you subscribe you reserve the box that ships at the end of the month. For example, if you place your order in January, you’re reserving February’s box. Boxes that have shipped are not eligible for returns.
Who handles delivery?

Your bespoke crystal healing subscription box will be sent out 2nd class by Royal Mail, at the end of each month in a letterbox friendly package. UK only. Dispatches on the third week of the month for arrival in time for the next month’s technique.
*Boxes expected to be delivered within 7-10 days of posting with Royal Mail, please be aware we cannot foresee any industrial action or delays out of our control that may cause a deal with your box delievery*
Can I cancel my subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically on the day you first joined every month. Cancellations can be done at any time via email and no questions asked and no fee necessary, but please try and cancel 7-10 days before the end of the month. Your stress free subscription is my priority.
I'm not in the UK, can I still subscribe

Currently, we are only offering this service to residents of the UK. Please contact me and tell me about where you live and I will be back in touch to let you know when our service launches in your country. You can subscribe to the video only package for now.
